Roles

Zohra Said currently works as a professor of e-commerce in the Department of E-commerce and Data Analysis at the University of Tripoli, where she has been teaching students at the bachelor’s degree level since 04/24/2014. The tasks she performs as a professor with the rank of assistant lecturer include teaching and directing students in their research, as well as academic supervision of projects. Over the years, she has taught university courses that included: website design, programming languages, databases, database programming, computer applications, and data and information security. She also headed the Study and Examinations Department for several years.

Careers

Since joining the University of Tripoli as a professor in the Department of Political Science in 2014, Zohra has worked diligently in the academic field, university teaching, and curriculum development. She also contributed to activating and linking the Faculty of Economics and Political Science to the electronic system for study and examinations of the University of Tripoli when she assumed the position of Head of the Department of Study and Examinations.

Research Interests

Zohra Saeed’s interests in research fields focus on everything related to electronic management, e-learning, databases and artificial intelligence.

External Activities

Since joining the academic field and university teaching, Zohra Saeed has worked actively in the fields of teaching and developing teaching methods. She also held the position of Director of Systems and Data Management at the High National Elections Commission and supervised many projects during that period, such as the electoral card project and the project to develop the sorting and counting system. Zohra Saeed also worked as a consultant at the National Investment Company, then director of systems and information management and project manager for the installation and development of the company’s enterprise resource management system (ERP NEXT).
