After more than 14 years at the University of Tripoli, Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Department of Finance and Banking, primarily in teaching and management roles, Professor Abu Bakr Othman Al-Raqi works as an Assistant Professor  in the Department of Finance and Banking.  a.  Abu Bakr is now working as a researcher with the rank of assistant professor.  It is published in scientific journals recognized locally and internationally.  And in collaboration with a variety of research teams either as a leader, collaborator or mentor.  He has good relations with his colleagues, while he is now the head of the finance and banking department.  A large part of his role as Head of the Finance and Banking Department relates to encouraging and supporting the culture of scientific research at the university, where a range of his responsibilities are, primarily in relation to the ethics of scientific research with the Center for Financial Studies.  Abu Bakr provides technical consultations in the areas of finance and banking largely in solving problems of finance and investment, financial markets, financial management and analysis, etc. and leads programs and units at university and postgraduate studies in this field.  He currently gives ad hoc lectures with his colleagues on topics in his field of specialization and discusses them.

The core chairs are A.  Abu Bakr is now working as a research lecturer.  It is published in nationally recognized scientific journals.  Enjoy working with a variety of research teams as either a leader, collaborator or mentor.  Because she and her relationships became with her, while she is now the head of the Finance and Banking Department.  A large part of his role as Head of Finance and Banking relates to encouraging and supporting the culture of scientific research at the University, where a range of your responsibilities, primarily in relation to research ethics, is with the Center for Financial Studies.  Abubakar is largely involved in problems of finance, financial markets, financial management and analysis, etc. etc. and leads programs and units at university and postgraduate studies in this field.  He currently delivers lectures to colleagues on topics discussed specializing in traditional communicators and safety. A.  Abu Bakr has combined many of his past years of teaching with research, as well as supporting the lawyers who led the research.

Job overview

Before joining the University of Tripoli, A.  Abu Bakr Al-Raqi’i entered the field of trade after years and gained long experience in the field.  Then he worked as an employee in the responsible department of the code company, then he progressed as manager of the cost department in the company, then as manager of the Macer department in the company.  

After that, he worked as a coordinator of studies and examinations in the Department of Finance and Banking, and after that he held the position of Director of the New Center for Economic Studies at the College of Economics, Science and Technology, and Head of the Department of Finance and Banking until this date.

Network Guarantee A.  Abu Bakr Al-Raqi is colleagues at several universities: the University of Benghazi, the University of Misrata, and Arab universities, the University of Sfax, and is a constant reviewer of manuscripts for journals, conferences, and workshops.

Although primarily invested in the academic field, he has long worked extensively with the National Economic Council in the Local Government program bringing focus to educational programs and external consultancies.
