Roles
My responsibilities include teaching students in the English department. I have taught various subjects, including Writing 3, Project Writing, Teaching Strategies, Reading Comprehension 4, Conversation 2, Grammar 4, Grammar 2, Phonetics 1, as well as English 2 for other departments. I also provide academic supervision for students, prepare lesson plans, supervise graduation projects, and prepare academic reports. Additionally, I participate in academic activities that support the educational process.
Careers
In 2013, I was appointed as a teaching assistant in the English Department. I took on many tasks, including supervising students, helping them download materials, monitoring their academic progress, providing academic support, and guiding them. I also delivered some lectures in certain subjects. Additionally, I performed some administrative tasks within the department, assisted in organizing class schedules, helped facilitate exams, and supervised students during their exams. In 2015, I enrolled in postgraduate studies to pursue a master's degree. This was an important and effective step in my scientific and academic journey. I learned many skills, the most important of which was scientific research. I obtained a master's degree in English and currently work as a faculty member in the English Department, Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir. I have over ten years of experience in teaching English to non-native speakers and have contributed to developing students' language and academic skills.
Research Interests
My research interests focus on the field of English language and the development of students' skills, in addition to an interest in modern teaching strategies and methods. I strive to participate in publishing academic research aimed at developing the educational process and improving learning outcomes. Participation in research activities and seminars conducted by the English Department.
External Activities
I have worked in teaching English in several private schools. I have also taught at private English learning centers at all levels.Attended a workshop on the Jolly Phonics method.
