Enas Muhammad Ali Shallouf is a faculty member in the Department of Arabic Language and Islamic Studies at the Faculty of Education, University of Tripoli, with the rank of Lecturer.I graduated from the Faculty of Education, University of Tripoli, Department of Arabic Language and Islamic Studies in 1989_1990 with a very good general grade, and joined the Islamic Studies Division of the Arabic Language Department, University of Tripoli, and obtained a postgraduate diploma with a grade of very good. Master's degree, and in 2004 she obtained a master's degree from the University of Tripoli, College of Education, Department of Arabic Language and Islamic Studies, on the subject of the foundations of family construction in Islam.

I supervised many graduation projects and they revolved around a specialized axis in jurisprudence and fundamentals, and I studied many subjects in the college such as family rulings, border legislation, and jurisprudence of worship 1, all of which are specialized subjects for students of the Department of Arabic Language and Islamic Studies, and I studied general subjects such as Quranic studies 1 and 2 for the rest of the college departments, And materials in the kindergarten sections and the classroom teacher, such as the Prophet’s biography, family rulings, the jurisprudence of worship, and the interpretation of short chapters.

Careers

I studied at the Higher Institute until December 12 of 2008, when I got the opportunity to be sent to prepare a doctoral dissertation in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and I obtained a doctorate in Islamic jurisprudence and its origins in 2013 from Minia University, Faculty of Dar Al-Ulum, Department of Sharia, and I returned to work as a lecturer at the institute that sent me, which turned into College of Education, Al-Marqab University, Tarhuna. In 2015, she worked as a teaching assistant at the College of Education, University of Tripoli, Department of Arabic Language and Islamic Studies. In 2016, she applied to work at the college, and became a faculty member at the University of Tripoli, College of Education, Tripoli.

Research Interests

She participated in a symposium on women and the requirements of Islamic legislation, discussing the role of women in achieving human development. The symposium was held at the Asmariya University in Zliten in 2004. The research was published within the symposium’s work in the fourth issue of the Al-Asmariya University Journal. She also participated in the symposium on the image of women in religious discourse that was held at the Asmariya University in Zliten in 2004. 2010, with the paper "The Muslim Woman between the Need for Islamic Discourse and the Shortcomings of Its Means," and participated in the February 2011 Mothers Symposium, which was held at the Grand Hotel, Tripoli, with the Education Paper, with the vision of February.I participated in a symposium on the rights of the child in Islam, which was held at the headquarters of the National Commission for Education, Culture and Science, Tripoli in 2018. At the Ministry of Justice and the National Commission for International and Humanitarian Law, Tripoli in 2020,She also participated in a symposium on the Convention on the Rights of the Child between theory and practice, which was held at the Andalus Hotel in Tripoli in 2021, and reviewed the legal flaws and violations contained in the Convention on the Rights of the Child issued by the United Nations. External Activities

The Marafi al-Afaf course presented intentional reflections on Surat al-Nur at the Islamic Call Mosque in Algeria Square, Tripoli 2014, and I was assigned by the Ministry of Awqaf to head the conference “Libyan Women To Where” which was held in 2013 at the That Al-Imad Complex in Tripoli, which was sponsored by Dar al-Iftaa. Combining Sharia and reality in the preaching discourse to consolidate moderation and moderation, and I was appointed to the membership of the Committee for the Admission of Women Preachers at the Ministry of Awqaf in 2012. I participated in several poetic activities, including the poems that I organized at the time of the February Revolution. I am proud that I wrote a large number of advocacy articles in the Islamic Call newspaper and a number of magazines Such as the good example magazine and others.She represented the Ministry of Awqaf in a symposium on the rights of the child in Islam, which was held at the headquarters of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization "ISESCO". Bassma Hour training course for the rehabilitation of the Muslim girl at the Islamic Call Mosque in Algiers Square, Tripoli 2015She worked as a preacher in the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs in the State of Libya, as well as a preacher in the International Islamic Call Society. She represented the Ministry of Endowments in several aspects, including working as a delegate for the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs at the Ministry of Social Affairs in the file against violence, in which the Ministry of Social Affairs participates with a number of different ministries. She represented The Ministry of Awqaf, in a symposium on the rights of the child in Islam, which was held at the headquarters of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization “ISESCO”, presented a number of advocacy lectures in cooperation with the Al-Wabel Al-Tayyib Association for Charitable and Advocacy Work, the Paths of Paradise Association and others.
