Mission

Continuous development and improvement of the college’s faculty system, providing them with experience and skills, expanding their scientific, knowledge, and skills, and overcoming the difficulties that faculty members face in their work so that they can perform their educational and research tasks to the fullest extent.

1 - Facilitating and improving service, administrative and financial procedures for faculty members at the college.2- Create a database for all faculty members in the college.3- Preparing files for faculty members in the college in which all correspondence and documents related to them are kept.4- Lifting the burden, even partially, from managing the affairs of faculty members at the university.

Tasks

Facilitating and improving service, administrative and financial procedures for faculty members at the college.     Create a database for all faculty members in the college, save data and statistics on faculty members in the college, and report them to the university.     Preserving the personal files of faculty members, following up on their completion, the required documents and justifications, and correspondence related to the faculty member, and extracting data and statements from them, in accordance with the regulations and approvals issued.     Implementing decisions issued to faculty members in the college, including appointment, promotion, transfer, secondment, and others, in accordance with the applicable regulations and legislation.     Taking procedures related to granting vacations to faculty members of various types and titles, and preparing forms and correspondence related to them carrying out their work, in accordance with the systems and legislation in force.     Preparing local and expatriate contracts related to the employment of national and foreign faculty members, filling out their data, following up on their approval and renewal, and completing the necessary approvals and justifications for contracting and residency.     Notifying the university of the departments’ needs for faculty members in accordance with the requirements determined by the department to take procedures for announcing them.     Coordinating with departments regarding the referral of the files of cooperating professors, and preparing their cost letters and the actual hours taught by the cooperating professors.     Referring the transcripts of teaching hours for the cooperating faculty members to the university’s financial administration after reviewing them and reviewing the documents required for cooperation.
