The college registrar’s office is responsible for all procedures for new and transferring students, receiving and maintaining student files, and issuing university numbers. It is concerned with managing student affairs, directly supervising the study system, and following up on the application of systems and regulations for study and examinations in accordance with the procedures and systems stipulated by the university and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
