A. Nisreen Salem Muhammad Gharbal, holder of a BA in Kindergarten in 2012, was appointed as a teaching assistant in the Kindergarten Department in 2015, then obtained a Master’s degree in Childhood Studies from the Department of Psychology, School of Humanities, Libyan Academy, Janzour in 2022, and the title was changed from teaching assistant to faculty member in the Kindergarten Department, Faculty of Education, Tripoli in 2023. I was assigned in the Kindergarten Department as a research and consultation coordinator in the department, an activity coordinator in the department, and a quality coordinator in the department
