I worked in the public education sector since 1988 until 2008. After obtaining my master's degree, I moved to higher education as a faculty member in the Kindergarten Department and a study and examinations coordinator in the same department. I was appointed as the head of the study and examinations department at the Faculty of Education, Tripoli, in 2009. After that, I was a member of the committee to prepare the first lesson for the second training semester for basic science students at the basic college for the academic year.

She is also a member of the committee to study the academic conditions of students at the college in 2010. She is a member of the committee to amend and unify the curricula of the colleges of education in the same year.

Member of the Committee for Preparing and Entering Information on All Workers in the Education Sector in 1991. Also a member of the Committee for the Inventory of Teachers with Expatriate and Local Contracts in 1992. She worked in the National Committee for Education and Vocational Training in the Licensing Department in 1993.

I was appointed as the head of the Information and Documentation Center of the People's Committee for Education, Tripoli, in 2002.

Member of the Committee for Determining the Needs for Educational Buildings in 2006. Also a member of the Committee for Compiling and Drafting Proposals on Assigning Administrations of Educational Institutions. I was also assigned as Head of the Committee Affairs Department in Tripoli District. I was Head of the Committee for Correcting the Grades of Middle School Certificate Students in Educational Institutions at the Level of Tripoli District. Also a member of the Permanent Private Education Committee for Tripoli Division. In 2007, a member of the Committee for Preparing Controls and Priorities for Nominating Teachers for Training Courses at the General Center for Teacher Training. And a member of the Committee for Developing Terms for Raising the Professional Efficiency of Administrative Employees in Educational Institutions at the General Center for Teacher Training. Also a member of the Committee for Following Up on Training Courses in Educational Institutions at the Level of Tripoli District at the General Center for Teacher Training in 2007

Research Interests

My research interests are in the field of general education and in the field of private educational administration. I attended several conferences at the Faculty of Education in Tripoli in 2008. The first conference was entitled (The Teacher and Contemporary Challenges). The second conference was entitled (Reality and Prospects) in 2010. As well as the first philosophical conference at the Faculty of Arts in Zawiya entitled (The Profession in its Philosophy and Practical Applications) in 2014. I also have an interest in the field of kindergartens and participated in the kindergarten conference in (Amman.. Jordan) in 2008, entitled (Arab Resources Course towards Activating Regional Work in the Field of Early Childhood Care and Development).
