FUZIA ELHSAN is currently working as Head of the Quality and Performance Evaluation Department at the Faculty of Education, Tripoli, University of Tripoli, and a Professor of Mathematics in the Mathematics Department, where she is in charge of teaching tasks for undergraduate students. The tasks that she carried out in her capacity as a faculty member with the rank of assistant professor included teaching and directing students in their graduation projects, as well as academic supervision of students and supervision of practical education students. Over the years, she has taught university courses that included, for example: Mathematics 1 & 2 & 3, linear and abstract algebra, analytical geometry and spatial geometry, school sports courses 1 & 2, methods of teaching mathematics, and teaching applications.

Careers

Since joining the University of Tripoli as a faculty member in the Mathematics Department in 2010, FUZIA ELHSAN has worked diligently and actively in the academic field and university teaching, including engaging in administrative work, participating in committees within the college and university, and developing curricula. and English. She participated in the preparation of two textbooks for the benefit of the National Curriculum Center at the Ministry of Education. She provided consultations to a number of local institutions and participated in many specialized scientific conferences locally and internationally. Its record was also distinguished by continuous activity in the field of quality 2020-2022, as it contributed in an influential and fundamental way to obtaining institutional accreditation for the College of Education, Tripoli. Research Interests

FUZIA ELHSAN is a university professor with extensive experience in scientific research and consulting. Specialized in mathematics and its teaching methods, with a special interest in mathematics teaching methods and quality. Fuzia has long experience in the fields of university teaching, design and development of curricula and research, backed by a variety of experience in the fields of quality, methods of teaching mathematics, research, supervision of work teams and multiple tasks, and the design and organization of a quality system in educational institutions. Research interests and fields are based on what is related to teaching mathematics, quality, scientific research in Libyan universities, and abstract algebra. Fuzia is currently focusing in particular on issues related to teaching mathematics in general and university education, in order to achieve the requirements of quality in educational outcomes.

External Activities

Since joining the academic field and university teaching about a decade ago, FUZIA ELHSAN has been actively working in the fields of teaching, research, publishing and consulting. It is associated with various national institutions. It has presented, in cooperation with the National Center for Educational Curriculum and Research and with a group of professors, authoring two curricula books for the intermediate education stage. It has worked as an external resident for some colleges at the University of Tripoli in the field of quality, and has presented a number of workshops and lectures in the field of course descriptions and educational programs for a number of Faculties of the University of Tripoli, and as a resident of the research presented to the Libyan Society for Educational Sciences conference, and a founding member of this society.
