In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and may blessings and peace be upon the most honorable of the prophets and messengers, our master Muhammad, and upon all his family and companions.
Union work is an existing work that has justifications for its existence, importance and role, as well as a function that comes in the context of the goals on which it is based to serve members, improve the work environment, defend and achieve their interests. Protecting the interests of members, representing them, defending them, and resolving the issues and problems facing them are the most important union roles. The union is their voice and representative. The negotiator is on their behalf in a way that improves their situation for the better and preserves their dignity with decent work free of injustice and violation of rights.
Based on the importance of union work and its role in serving the college’s faculty members, the College of Languages Faculty Union is keen to support its members and demand and protect their rights.
In conclusion, I do not fail to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to all the faculty members at the College of Languages who placed their trust in their union and contributed to promoting, demonstrating and supporting union work at the college. I assure them that their union will not let them down and will represent them in a true way, without any falsification.

Mission
We seek to improve the legal and professional conditions of the union’s members, faculty members at the college, activate the union’s role, and translate the ideas and activities of the members to advance them and society under the umbrella of union work.
Objectives
- Raising the level of union awareness of its members.
- Raising the standards of the university and higher teaching profession and preserving the dignity of the profession.
- Taking care of the interests of its members, protecting their rights, and working to improve their conditions culturally, materially and socially.
- Defending the rights of faculty members and solving the problems they face.
