Muhammad Omar bin Hussein is a faculty member in the Arabic Language Department, Faculty of Arts, Tripoli. Mr. Mohamed Omar has been working at the University of Tripoli as a lecturer since 30/1/2003. He has many scientific publications in his field of specialization, and he obtained the academic degree of Professor on 2/1/2022.

Careers

He assumes teaching duties in the Arabic Language Department, Faculty of Arts, University of Tripoli, from 1/2/2003 AD. He holds the duties of Head of the Arabic Language Department, Faculty of Arts, University of Tripoli, since October 2022. He assumed the duties of Director of the Office of Graduate Studies at the Faculty of Arts, University of Tripoli, from 2/15/2017 AD. Until the end of 2019 AD. He assumed the duties of a member of the Graduate Studies Committee in the Arabic Language Department, College of Languages, from 10/1/2016 AD. Until October 2020 AD.

Research Interests

He has been assuming the duties of Chairman of the Linguistic Safety Committee, at the Arabic Language Academy - Libya, since July 2021 AD. He assumed the duties of a member of the Arabic language curriculum preparation committee at the Center for Educational Curricula and Educational Research, Ministry of Education, Libya, by Resolution No. 17 of 2017 AD.

External Activities

Research and study tasks in the field of the Arabic language. Tasks of writing and developing curricula. Tasks of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers. Tasks of a trainer in administrative writing skills. Work tasks within the group to hold scientific and cultural programs, seminars and conferences.
