1-      May 1984, the first Libyan demonstrator in Microbiology in the Faculty of pharmacy, Tripoli University.

2-       October 1984, One of the founders of Libyan Society for Pharmaceutical Sciences.

3-      October 1993, One of Founders of department of Microbiology & Immunology, Faculty of Pharmacy, Al-fate University.

4-      1994 -1995 work project resulted in Implementation of HCV screening test for blood donation in all parts of Libya.

5-      1996-2000, Implementing and supervision of immunotherapy of allergic asthmatic patient in respiratory department of Tripoli Medical Center with cooperation of allergy department of University hospital KUL, Leuven, Belgium.

6-      December 2007, Founder of Post graduated Study (MSc program), department of Microbiology & Immunology, Faculty of Pharmacy. Al-fateh University.

7-      2007, Submission of a Proposal for the establishment of an administration department in Ministry of higher education for the distinguished student to improve their abilities in an advanced step for the progress of the Libyan communities. 

8-      2009, Discovery of a new probiotics for the treatment for Acne vulgaris and other skin disease.

9-      June 2010, Submission of a Proposal for teaching of molecular biology for Post Graduated MSc students in the Faculty of Pharmacy, Tripoli University, Tripoli/Libya. This program has been implanted in April 2012.

10-  2012, Founder of Libyan Society for Therapeutic and Pharmaceutical Care.

11-  March 2012, Founder of Aletkan International Center for Human development & Quality.
