She joined the Faculty of Pharmacy in 2000 and began her career as a teaching assistant in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology.

In 2003, she pursued her Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Germany at Freie Universität Berlin (Free University of Berlin).

In 2009, she returned to the Faculty of Pharmacy as a faculty member in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology.

In addition to her role as a faculty member, she has been assigned several key responsibilities, including serving as Head of the Study and Examination Department, Head of the Department of Microbiology and Immunology, and Chair of the College’s Scientific Committee.

She was also a member of the Activities Committee at the University of Tripoli and chaired the graduation ceremony committees for the Faculty of Pharmacy.

She supervised several scientific conferences within the Department of Microbiology and Immunology, as well as public awareness campaigns.

She was appointed as an internal examiner for Master’s students, in addition to teaching at the postgraduate level within the department.
