The Office of the Registrar of the College is the department that specializes in all procedures for new and transferred students, receiving and retaining student files, issuing university numbers by the General Registrar, documenting students' personal data, guardian data and academic data in the central system of the registrar, as it is the first door that new and transferred students knock on to ask about the start of registration and the documents required in the administrative file.
