Ibrahim Greiby is a faculty member in the Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Tripoli. He has been working at the university as a Teaching Assistant since 1997  and as an Assistant Professor since 2017. He has many publications and scientific activities locally and internationally.

3. 2020- Present, member of the editorial board of the Libyan Journal of Food and Nutrition, founder, designer and director of the first issue (December 2020)

4. Referee member in several local and international scientific journals

5. 2021- Member of the Scientific Committee and Research Evaluator for the First Scientific Conference on Olive Oil. Which was held at Gharyan University in Gharyan - Libya (12-13/12/2021)

6. 2021- Chairman of the Scientific Committee and member of the Preparatory Committee for the workshop on baking and baking, which was held in Omar al-Mukhtar Hall at the Tripoli International Fair. Organization of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals. Tripoli, Libya (11/12/2021)

7. 2019-2021- President of the International Conference on Food and Nutrition. Which was held at the Industrial Research Center, Tajoura, during the period (12-14/6/2021)

8. 2020-now a member of the Libyan Society for Automation and Robotics / the Libyan Authority for Scientific Research. Tripoli, Libya

9. 2016- Present: Member of the committee for preparing specifications for vegetables, fruits and their products, and a member of the committee for evaluating the quality of some food factories. The National Center for Standards and Standards. Tripoli, Libya

10. 2015-2018 Member of the Committee for the Establishment of the University Reference Laboratory for Analysis, University of Tripoli. As director of the food analysis laboratory
