Roles

Fatma Abusrewel is one of the staff members at the Department of English-The Faculty of Languages.  She has  worked  as  a staff member since 15-9-2002. She teaches several subjects in her major and has several publications in the field of her interest.

Careers

Fatma started as a lecture at the Department of English.She has worked as a lecture with Faculty of Medicine as well.At the department,she has taught different subjects to different levels.In addition,she taught English to other specialties.She also supervises undergraduate and postgraduate students.She also teaches postgraduate students in subjects of her interest.She also takes roles in assessing of MA theses in oral viva and reviewing as a local and external examiner.She also assesses work for promotion and publication.

Research Interests

Fatma's interested are connected to her major areas:teacher education,teacher professional development,teacher education reform,teaching practice,research methodology,teaching methodology,syllabus design.Fatma welcomes postgraduate students on both levels:the master  and PhD levels who are interested in conducting research in any of the areas mentioned above.

External Activities

Fatma is interested in reviewing written work for publication in journals.She works as a volunteering reviewer in four international journal and two local journals.
