Roles

Najwa is a faculty member in the Department of Fine Arts at the Faculty of Arts and Media. She has been working at the University of Tripoli as a lecturer since January 22, 2017. Najwa has numerous scientific publications in her field of expertise and has been assigned as the head of the Ceramics and Glass Division, as well as various administrative roles such as the Equivalency Committee, Examinations Committee, Appeals Committee, Student Admissions Committee, and supervising exhibitions within the college and the university.

Careers

I worked for 30 years at the Faculty of Arts and Media, beginning my academic journey as a teaching assistant and progressing to an associate professor. I have been assigned various responsibilities, such as heading the Ceramics and Glass Division and supervising exhibitions across Libya and within the university.

Research Interests

Numerous research papers have been published in various peer-reviewed scientific journals, and I have also participated in presenting research at scientific conferences in Libya.

External Activities

Seven research papers were evaluated in the Journal of the Academy of Arts and Media in Tripoli.
