Mohamed Sharef  Ahmed is a faculty member in the Accounting Department at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Tripoli. He has been working as an assistant professor since 03/01/2019 and has many scientific publications in his field of specialization. Dr. Mohamed Sharef  has been working as an assistant lecturer in the Accounting Department since 2005. He was promoted to lecturer in 2014. He has been an assistant professor since 2019 and is now in the process of completing research to be promoted to associate professor during the year 2024..

Research Interests

The doctor has pure interests in the field of international accounting standards and financial analysis, as well as the use of electronic programs in accounting. He also has interests in the field of social responsibility, environmental responsibility, and sustainability, in addition to green accounting.

External Activities

He has external activities in the field of training in several areas, including international accounting standards and financial reporting standards. He also closes some accounts for some private companies, as well as auditors the financial statements of some entities and some financial consultations.
