Dr.. Ali Bin Halim is a faculty member in the Department of Commerce and Data Analysis at the Faculty of Economics, Tripoli. Mr. Ali Bin Halim has been working at the University of Tripoli as an associate professor since 08/11/2023. He has many scientific publications in his field of specialization, and he has been assigned the tasks of the Quality and Performance Evaluation Department at the college. He previously assumed the duties of Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs from 2018 to January 2022, and was assigned the duties of Dean of the College of Economics and Political Science from 12/2019 to 12/2020.Also, a cooperating professor at the Libyan Academy for Postgraduate Studies.

Research Interests

Research interests in digital transformation (e-management, e-commerce, e-government, crisis and risk management, information systems and management). He published many scientific research and studies in peer-reviewed scientific journals with high impact factors.
