Roles

Before her appointment as an assistant lecturer in 2010 AD, Naima taught many levels of basic and intermediate education from 1990 AD in the Qasr bin Ghashir area. She taught the basic education stage until 2000 AD, then she moved to the secondary education stage. Then a decision was issued to appoint her in 2010 AD in the kindergarten department at the Qasr bin Ghashir College of Education, and she began teaching Many general and specialized academic courses, including academic supervision and supervision of graduation projects and practical education. She was appointed as the study and examination coordinator during the year 2012 AD. After obtaining her doctorate in 2018 AD, she began her work as a lecturer at the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir in 2019 AD, then she was appointed as the study and examination coordinator in 2022 AD. She was appointed as a quality coordinator in 2021 AD and in the spring of 2023, then she was appointed as a member of the second rubber team called the Leadership and Distribution Standard. She was also among the members of the committee supervising exams at the Distinguished College 2022-2023 AD.

Naima Al-Khatali obtained a private teaching license in 1990 AD and worked as a teacher in the basic education stage. After that, she obtained a university bachelor’s degree in education and psychology in 1996 AD. In early 2005 AD, she joined postgraduate studies and obtained a master’s degree in 2009 in the Department of Education and Psychology, specializing in educational administration, from the University of Tripoli, and she obtained a doctorate degree from Ain Shams University, Department of Fundamentals of Education, 2019 AD
