His name is Kamal Abdul Hamid Al-Harama. He holds a PhD and is an Assistant Professor. He is a faculty member in the Arabic Language Department at the Faculty of Education in Janzour. Mr. Kamal Al-Harama works at the University of Tripoli, Faculty of Education in Janzour. He has held several positions since his appointment as a permanent faculty member, including Head of the Arabic Language Department and Head of the Quality Assurance Department.

He was appointed after being appointed as a member of the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto, where his job title was Head of the Department of Arabic Language and the Department of Scientific Quality at the Faculty, and he has many publications in his field of specialization.
