Roles

Nahed Abdel Daem is a faculty member in the Arabic Language Department at the Faculty of Education, Tripoli. Mrs. Nahed Abdel Daem has been working as an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Tripoli since 31-12-2004 and has many scientific publications in her field of specialization.

Careers

I graduated from the College of Education in the year (2001), then I was reinstated in the College of Education as a teaching assistant until I obtained a master’s degree from the College of Arts at the University of Tripoli in 2004, and after that I was appointed as a faculty member with the rank of assistant lecturer in the year (2005) and then I was sent to prepare for a Ph.D. Which I obtained in (2017) and then returned to teaching as a lecturer until the present time.

Research Interests

I am currently interested in the field of Arabic and Western linguistics, and I am working on preparing research and scientific papers that bring together modern linguistic theories and ancient Arabic linguistics, I work to participate in the progress of functional linguistic studies, especially in the College of Education, and urge students to go to research in it to keep pace with what is happening in the world of linguistics in terms of continuous modernity to study linguistics scientifically.

External Activities

I do some linguistic reviews from time to time for some university theses and research in different disciplines.
