Roles

Leila Abdul Razak Al-Zuqouzi is currently working as an assistant professor in linguistic sciences in the Department of Arabic Language and Islamic Studies, where she has taken on the role of research supervisor for undergraduate students and academic supervisor for their theses. Over the past few years, she has taught subjects such as grammar, morphology, phonetics, semantics, and other linguistic courses. She has also held several positions, including Quality Coordinator in the department in 2022, Study and Examination Coordinator in 2023, and was appointed as the head of the department in December 2024.

Careers

She has been working since joining the Department of Arabic Language and Studies at the Faculty of Education, Tripoli, University of Tripoli, as a member of the teaching staff. She participated in specialized scientific seminars and conferences, and obtained the degree of lecturer in 2016 and the degree of assistant lecturer in 1999

Research Interests

She has a special interest in linguistic research related to Quranic studies

External Activities

Laila has worked since joining the Department of Arabic Language and Islamic Studies at the College of Education, Tripoli, in 2013, actively teaching, researching, and publishing. She worked in the Technical Committee for Curriculum Development in the Secondary School 2013, and worked as a quality coordinator in the Department of Arabic Language and Islamic Studies 2022
