Dr. Intisar Yousef Muhammad Qashout, specializing in mental health, is a faculty member in the Kindergarten Department at the Faculty of Education, University of Tripoli, with the rank of Assistant Professor. She is also assigned the task of Head of the Kindergarten Department and Coordinator of the Research and Consulting Department in the department. She has also given some courses in the Kindergarten Department and supervised graduation projects for female students in the department, as well as participating in many committees, such as the Student Admissions Committee and the Appeals Committee in the department.

Dr. Intisar Yousef Qashout has published a number of research papers in various fields as well as in various conferences. She has broad research interests, but she focuses mainly on her main specialty, which is individual mental health. She currently has several research papers under evaluation.
