Throughout his academic and administrative career, Mr. Madi has assumed several important positions, including:

• Head of the Study and Examinations Department, Visual Arts Division (2013)

• Vice Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Media (2013–2016)

• Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Media (2016–2017)

• Chair of the University of Tripoli Website Committee (2016–2019)

• Supervisor of the Faculty’s academic management system

• Head of the Organizing Committee for the First Faculty Festival 

• Head of the Organizing Committee for the Second Faculty Festival

• Member of the Higher Committee for the University of Tripoli’s 60th Anniversary Celebration

• Editor and Supervisor of the booklet "Presidents of the University of Tripoli from 1957 to 2017"

• Coordinator and Supervisor of the official portraits of the university presidents since its establishment

Mr. Abdulbari Madi serves as a faculty member at the Faculty of Arts, where he delivers lectures to students of the Department of Visual Arts in the field of photographic art.
