Roles

Hisham worked since 2012 as a collaborating lecturer until 2014, when he was appointed as an assistant lecturer in the Department of E-Commerce and Data Analysis at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, University of Tripoli. During this period, Hisham taught many courses, including (internet introduction and networks - website design - database programming - computer principles - databases - programming languages) and supervised the graduation projects of a number of students. Hisham has published a number of scientific papers in international journals such as IEEE Magazine.

Careers

Before Hisham joined to be a faculty member at the University of Tripoli. He worked as an engineer of Intelligent Networks (IN) at the Chinese company ZTE, which is one of the corporations operating a number of telecommunications sector companies in Libya. Some of Mr. Hisham Tasks were to Supervise and monitor the quality of services and preparing and analyzing reports on the services provided by the company. He was also responsible for collecting and analyzing requirements from the client for new and targeted projects in the future, while participating in supervising the completion of these projects.

Research Interests

Hisham has a number of published scientific papers, some of which are in local and international scientific journals or conferences. His research interests focus on the field of computer networks, either by evaluating and studying problems related to them or proposing practical solutions to those problems. Despite this focus in research, he has scientific papers in other related fields.

External Activities

In addition to the fact that Hisham works full-time as a faculty member at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at the University of Tripoli, Hisham holds the position of a member of the Board of Directors of the New Generation Technology Company, (aat) one of the companies owned by the Libyan Post Telecommunications & Information Technology Company, which is a leading company in the field of providing Internet services and data transfer.
