Hoda Aouiti is a faculty member in the classroom teacher department at the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir. Mrs. Hoda Aweiti has been working at the University of Tripoli as a lecturer since 10/02/2013 and has many scientific publications in her field of specialization. TasksHoda Al-Hadi Mukhtar Awiti, a member of the teaching staff of the University of Tripoli, Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir/Department, has been a classroom teacher since 2006 AD with the rank of assistant professor, charged with teaching many educational courses in the department and outside the department. She also supervised many graduation projects and educational and academic supervision of students in the department, as well as follow-up. Practical education, whether for the department’s students or the rest of the departments, as an educational supervisor. I was also assigned to head the Educational Methods Department from the year 2015 AD to the year 2024 AD.I work to hold educational exhibitions and use them in producing educational materials for the curricula that are given in schools adjacent to the college. I was also assigned as a member of the Educational Programs Committee to obtain institutional and programmatic accreditation for the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir. I also organized many scientific competitions in my capacity as head of the college’s media department at the departmental level in the college. To choose the best teacher, the best preparation brochure, and the best educational method, in coordination with the practical education departments and the training and consulting department for four consecutive years and with the participation of external members for evaluation from outside the college. I was also assigned to the first standard team, “Vision and Objectives in Self-Study of Quality in the College.”

Careers

I was appointed at the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, with the rank of Assistant Lecturer as a faculty member in 2006, with a Master’s degree obtained from the Academy of Graduate Studies, Department of Educational Sciences, Division of Educational Administration. I obtained the degree of Lecturer in 2013. I obtained the degree of Assistant Professor in 2017. I obtained the degree of Doctorate Diploma. In 2023, from the University of Tripoli, Department of Education and Psychology, Division of Educational Administration

Research Interests

She participated in many research and scientific papers, including the Fifth International Educational Conference entitled “The Role of the School and the Family in Caring for the Gifted” in the period 2013 in the State of Jordan.

Under the slogan “Community Education is the Home of Reality and Hope” at Tafila University

And participation in a research paper entitled “Information Technology and Developing Administrative Performance in Educational Institutions” in the International Conference at the University of Amman, Madamaen Foundation for Developing Administrative Performance in the State of Jordan. I also participated in a research paper in the Third Scientific Conference for Psychologists entitled

"The psychologist between the ethical code and service tasks"

I participated in the Sixth International Conference in the State of Jordan in 2015 with a research paper entitled “The Role of Educational Values in Strengthening Arab Societies” at Al-Tafiya University.

In 2014, I participated in the international conference at the University of Algiers with a paper entitled “The Role of Educational Technology in Teaching the Arabic Language.”

  Participating in the first international conference was a research paper entitled “The Role of Educational Institutions in Combating the Phenomenon of Drug Addiction,” sponsored by the Ministry of Interior and Youth.

I participated in the second conference for teachers in 2019 with a paper entitled “The reality of services provided to people with hearing and visual disabilities and the integration mechanism.”

  I also participated in the second international conference of the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, in 2022, with a paper entitled “The Impact of Information and Communication Technology on Human Resource Development,” an applied study on Qasr Bin Ghashir College, University of Tripoli.

She also participated in the first conference on mental health, a research paper entitled “The Role of the School Environment in Promoting Mental Health,” sponsored by Al-Zaytoonah University in 2022.

She also participated in the international scientific conference of the Department of Education and Psychology at the Faculty of Arts, Asmariya University, with a research paper entitled “The reality of using information and communications technology in management and the obstacles to its application from the point of view of faculty members in some colleges at the University of Tripoli.”

I also participated in some scientific papers outside the specialty that are concerned with issues of the Libyan state through membership in the Geographical Society. I participated in a research paper in the Second Geographical Conference with a research paper.

“Spatial distribution of crimes of illegal immigrants in the city of Tripoli,” 2018, Department of Geography, University of Benghazi.

She also contributed to publishing in scientific journals, including the Journal of the College of Arts, University of Benghazi, with a research entitled “Educational Technology between Reality and Aspirations,” a field study of the opinions of faculty members of the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, in issue (50) for the year 2021 AD.

  In the Journal of the Faculty of Arts, University of Sirte, a research paper entitled “Evaluating the Professional Competencies of Faculty Members at the Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, from the Point of View of Their Students”

  She also contributed to publishing in scientific journals, including the Journal of the College of Arts, University of Benghazi, with a research entitled “Obstacles facing the application of electronic administration at the University of Tripoli, an analytical field study of the opinions of faculty members at the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir” for the academic year 2022 AD.

She also contributed to publishing in scientific journals, including the International Scientific Journal, Al-Marj University, a research paper, “The Reality of Career Development and Planning in Higher Education,” an analytical study of the opinions of faculty members at the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, for the academic year 2022. She participated in the Educational Journal at Al-Margab University, a research entitled “ The role of knowledge management approaches in improving human resources management in modern institutions” in 2023

Participation in the activities commemorating the General Day for Combating Drugs and Negative Phenomena calls for the slogan (I am able to make a change in my life with a paper entitled Strategies for Abstaining from Drugs and holding an exhibition for the elimination of drugs at the college in 2023.
