Roles

Khairiya Muhammad bin Osman, one of the faculty members at the University of Tripoli, Faculty of Education, Qasr bin Ghashir, Department of Class Teacher, Assistant Professor. In charge of teaching many courses in the department, as well as academic supervision of students in the department. She also supervised many graduation projects and educational and academic supervision of practical education students. She was assigned as a member of the audit committee of the department.

I was appointed at the University of Tripoli at the Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, in 2011, with the degree of assistant lecturer as a faculty member. I obtained a Ph.

Research Interests

I published a research in the Journal of the Faculty of Education, Benha University, in the issue of October 116, 2018, the Arab Republic of Egypt. The forty-ninth issue, October 2020 AD, participation in the second scientific conference at the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, with a research paper (titled the role of the College of Education in developing the values of citizenship among its students) August 2021, participation in the first international conference on mental health and psychotherapy with a research paper entitled (The role of management in the success of institutions Al-Razi Hospital (models). October 2022.

She holds an honorary doctorate in administration and educational planning from the Leadership Development Center, Republic of Egypt. She is a member as an accredited delegate from the Arab Center for Leadership and Leadership Development for the year 2018.
