After 15 years of teaching at the University of Tripoli, Dr. Madiha added work as a trainer in the educational field and in developing the skills of faculty members in the field of formulating learning outcomes, measurement and evaluation skills, also in the characterization of courses in the light of quality standards, as well as in how to prepare questionnaires and electronic tests .

r. Madiha was also assigned to study the scientific research standard in an effort to be approved by the quality department at the university .within this framework, she developed a proposal for scientific research mechanisms at the college with the participation of one of her colleagues. she also previously contributed to the preparation of the manual of the College of Education Qasr bin ghashir 2010.

* Head of the Department of research, consulting and training at the Faculty of Education Qasr bin ghashir from 2018 to 2023.

* Head of the quality assurance department at the Faculty of Education Qasr bin ghashir for the period 2011-2012.

* Head of the Department of general and educational courses at the college for the period 2009-2010.

Research Interests

Research concerns in the field of education, teacher training, curriculum development and teaching strategies, as well as developments in the educational arena of e-learning and upside-down education, have also focused on Dr. Research in environmental education and how to employ formal and non-formal education in the development of an environmentally conscious generation that preserves its environment and is part of the solution of environmental problems rather than the cause of their occurrence. Finally, the skills of the twenty-first century in the various stages of the curriculum have led these concerns.

External Activities

.Among the external activities that Dr. Madiha Younis participated in:

* Member of the committee for the development of Colleges of Education, Ministry of higher education and scientific research 2022.

. Member of the commission for the reform of basic and Secondary Education, head of the curriculum, measurement and evaluation team, sponsored, supervised and organized by the National Council for economic and social development.

* Consultant and educational expert in the remedial education project, Ministry of education in 2022.

* Educational expert in the course of education strategies and active learning methods, prepared and implemented by UNICEF in cooperation with the Ministry of education, via the Plato international platform 2021-2022.

. Training of some kindergarten specialists on the preparation of training bags, December 2020, commissioned by the general Center for training and development of Education.

* Preparation of an educational training package entitled The ABCs of learning and education, commissioned by the general Center for training and education development, for the benefit of teachers applying for the training competition for the academic year 2019-2020 at the level of the Libyan state.

. Preparation of a training portfolio entitled Learning Strategy and inverted Education, commissioned by the general Center for training and education development .

Implementation of a training course in inverted learning and Education, organized by the National Committee for Education, Culture and Science, under the supervision of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), and was broadcast on the center's page throughout the training course (15- 16- 17 March 2021) and followed up by ISESCO directly.

* Educational consultant at the Department of educational inspection and guidance, time period (November 2019 - 2020).

Participation in the preparation of the manual of instrumental skills for teachers at the primary and secondary education levels, educational Inspection Department of the Ministry of Education, 2018.

Training of teachers applying for the educational inspection competition in the ABCs of learning and education for the municipalities of Tripoli and Sahl jufara.

* Training of some classroom teachers in Qasr bin ghashir municipality in active learning strategies, 2018.

* Member of the scientific phase of the evaluation of research papers submitted to the symposium of education and education (towards an education that builds a human being and democracy), under the supervision of the National Tripoli in May 2012.

* Associate member of the Environmental Education Committee of the public authority of the founding members of the project for environmental education (2006-2012).

* Preparing trainees for the implementation of the national project for environmental education in Libyan schools, in the first training workshop, to prepare the environmental education portfolio at the capacity building Center in the public authority, (2009).

* Representing Libya at the Euro-Mediterranean International Forum: Education for sustainability, Tunis, 2006, commissioned by the public authority.
