Dr. Jalal is a faculty member in the English Language Department at the College of Education in Tripoli. Dr. Jalal has been working as a lecturer at the University of Tripoli since March 14, 2011, and has many scientific publications in his field of specialisation. Over the years, he has built a strong academic reputation through his dedication to teaching, research, and community engagement. His areas of interest include applied linguistics, English language teaching methodologies, and cultural studies, with a particular focus on the intersection between language and society.

In his role as a lecturer, Dr. Jalal has taught a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, encompassing English grammar and composition, advanced research methods, and critical discourse analysis. He is known among his students for his interactive teaching style, which emphasises critical thinking, academic writing, and the ability to connect linguistic knowledge to real-world contexts.
