Ms./Dr. Afef Khalifa Al-Tarhouni is a permanent faculty member at the University of Tripoli. She is a faculty member in the Kindergarten Department at the Faculty of Education, University of Tripoli, with the rank of Assistant Professor, which she obtained in 2024. Among the university job assignments and tasks: She assumed the position of Director of the Faculty Affairs Office, Faculty of Education, Tripoli - University of Tripoli, Activity Coordinator, Kindergarten Department, and Educational Media Coordinator, Kindergarten Department.

I worked as an employee in the Graduate Studies Office, Faculty of Arts, University of Tripoli, then I was appointed a faculty member in the Faculty of Education, Tripoli, Kindergarten Department. I took over as Director of the Faculty Affairs Office, Faculty of Education, Tripoli - University of Tripoli, Activity Coordinator, Kindergarten Department, and Educational Media Coordinator, Kindergarten Department.

Research Interests

1. The First Istanbul International Conference on Social and Human Sciences A working paper entitled Digital Transformation and its Impact on the Performance of Kindergarten Institutions in Libya

2. Publishing a research entitled: Evaluation of the educational program used in kindergartens and the extent to which it achieves educational goals in the eighth issue of the Libyan Journal of Educational Sciences

3. Publishing a research entitled: The Quality of Graduation Projects in the Educational Departments at the Faculty of Education, Tripoli, and the Extent of Their Commitment to Scientific Research Standards in the twelfth issue of the Libyan Journal of Educational Sciences
