Mrs. Nadia is a faculty member at the Faculty of Education, Tripoli, Department of Education and Psychology, she obtained a bachelor's degree in education and psychology from the Faculty of Education, University of Tripoli, and joined postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Arts, University of Tripoli, and obtained a master's degree in curriculum and teaching methods in 2008, and joined the studies to obtain a doctorate while she is in the stage of writing the thesis 

Careers

After obtaining her bachelor's degree, she taught at an intermediate institute for teacher training affiliated to the People's Committee for Education and Scientific Research from 1999 to 2002 and then moved to teach in several schools, including:

• 5th of October School for Basic Education in Al-Andalus District 2002

• Salah Al-Din School for Basic Education, Ben Achour, 2004

• Abdul Rahman Al-Dakhil School for Basic Education 2006

• Gargaresh Secondary School for Boys in Gargaresh 2006/2010 

She was assigned in most schools as a member of the evaluation and measurement committees

She studied at the Faculty of Education Qasr Bin Ghashir as a collaborator 2008/2010 several courses such as mental health, teaching methods, evaluation and measurement, general psychology in addition to supervising practical education. 

She also worked as a trainer in teacher preparation courses of the People's Committee for Education and Scientific Research 20082009

Research Interests

Conducted many studies, including:

A study entitled: Quality standards of teaching performance and their availability among students of the faculties of education, University of Tripoli

A study entitled: Educational technology in the curriculum and its role in achieving total quality

A study entitled: A future vision for the development of faculties of education in light of the requirements of the era of knowledge economy                        

A study entitled: A proposal to develop the skills of the teacher to perform his role in light of the challenges of the era of the knowledge economy

A study entitled: Application of Quality Standards in Higher Education

External Activities

She participated in many scientific events, including: the first scientific conference (quality standards and academic accreditation in the faculties of education. reality and hope) at the Faculty of Education Janzour, the conference on the quality of university performance in Libya, the possibilities of application and the challenges of reality at Garyounis University, the third annual conference "Towards enhancing the quality of education and scientific research" Challenges and opportunities Nasser International University
