Fatima Amer Al-Dili is a faculty member at the University of Tripoli - Faculty of Education, Tripoli. Since 5/6/2004. Dr. Fatima Al-Daili is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Education and Psychology. She has many scientific publications in her field of specialization. Since the date of her appointment, she has taught several educational subjects at the college level, such as general psychology and mental health, measurement and evaluation, and tests and measurements. She assumed administrative tasks at the department and college levels as the coordinator of practical education at the college level in the year 2018-2019, and the coordinator of studies and examinations at the department level 2017, 2021-2023 AD. She was assigned to work in several committees at the college level.

Careers

Dr. Fatima Al-Dili obtained a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Arts, Department of Education and Psychology, University of Tripoli (Al-Fatih previously) in 1987. She worked as a psychological researcher at Al-Razi Hospital for Neurological and Psychiatric Diseases for a period of time that extended for 15 years (from 1988 to 2004 AD). She obtained a master’s degree in 2001 at the University of Tripoli. Tripoli (Al-Fateh previously), Faculty of Arts, Department of Education and Psychology, cooperating with several universities in teaching some subjects in its scientific field. She moved to the University of Tripoli in 2004, and obtained her PhD in 2015 at Amman Arab University - Faculty of Educational and Psychological Sciences in Jordan.

Research Interests

Dr. Fatima Amer Al-Daili has an interest in the field of psychology in general and mental health, especially with regard to psychological tests and measures. She standardized the man’s drawing test for children’s intelligence on the Libyan environment, with a sample of (3070) individuals ranging in age from 4 to 15 years, and prepared a standards booklet to extract a degree Intelligence for diagnosing mental disability in 2001 AD is used in some psychiatric clinics. She has an interest in counseling and educational guidance.

External Activities

Dr. Fatima Al-Daily is an active member of the General Movement of Scouts and Guides since its affiliation in 1975 to the present time. She participated in many campaigns to serve and develop the community, such as the planting campaign, vaccination campaign, community awareness campaign, cleaning campaigns and decorating the city. The doctor is a member of the research team to collect information on acquired immunodeficiency virus (AIDS) in 2004 of the National Center for the Prevention and Control of Communicable and Endemic Diseases. She also participated as an applied researcher in the national project to standardize the Raven intelligence test on the Libyan environment in the year 2016-2022. She has a voluntary participation in a course for developing teachers’ skills for measurement and evaluation at Bashir Al-Usta School, and the Al-Thawra Generation School affiliated to the Friday Market Education Monitor in 2017.
