Research Interests

• Measurement of Technologically Enhanced Naturally Occurring Radioactivity Material (TENORM).
• Understanding the concentrations and migration patterns of 226Ra and 137Cs in the subsurface are important because both radionuclides are commonly found in environmental samples and have harmful radiological effects on humans and other biota.
• Determined Measurement of naturally occurring radioactive materials (NORM), in particular the distribution of uranium (238U) and thorium (232Th) series nuclides, 40K in undisturbed soil using both instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA) and gamma spectrometry techniques. 

External Activities

A Scientific Lactures under the Title (Method of Coordinating and presenting Academic Research using Microsoft Word Program and using EndNote Program to Organise References and Indexes in Writing Theses) at The First Scintific Forum for Developing the Skills of Researchers at Sebha University, Organising the University's Training and Development Center.

A Scientific lecture Entitled "Method of Coordinating and Presenting Academic Research Using the EndNote and the Word Program" in a Workshop Organized by the Higher Institute for Comprehensive Professions – Sebha City, Libya..

 An Interview on Libya's National TV on the (Al-Wataniya Corridors Program). The meeting was about "The Damages of Ionising Radiation in the Medical Field and Naturally Emitted Radiation in Various Fields" and Educating citisens about Prevention, as well as Knowing the Radiation Doses that are Allowed to be Exposed Internationally.
