Najia Shalaby is a faculty member in the Training Department at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Tripoli. Najia Shalaby has been working as a professor since December 15, 2018. She has many scientific publications in her field of specialization. She works full time as a professor in the training department and has regular publications in international scientific journals and conferences inside and outside Libya. Najia Shalaby has worked as Head of the Study and Examinations Department at the Training Department, Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Tripoli, since 2020--,-2021. Najia Shalaby as a supervisor for many scientific theses (masters) currently works as an academic reviewer for promotion research discussion and referee for many (masters) theses, a member of some committees for the development of the department, director and supervisor of many courses at the Libyan Olympic Academy, and she is the head of a committee in the national research project at the Agricultural Research Center University Tripoli

Careers

In 1993 she was chosen as a teaching assistant at the college, so 1997 was the year of obtaining the scientific qualification for the high degree "Master" and at that time she was awarded the scientific degree "Assistant Lecturer" and was sent to study the exact degree "PhD", which she obtained in 2007 from the Faculty of Physical Education, Minia University, Republic of Egypt Arabic. She obtained the academic degree as a lecturer, and obtained an exceptional bonus to obtain the degree of assistant professor in 2007, and she conducted many local and international researches, through which she obtained many papers that earned her the degree of associate professor in 2011. And she obtained the current degree of professor in the year 2018 after publishing research papers court
