Fathi Ali Abdusalam Tubbal is one of the staff members at the department of Food Hygiene,  faculty of Veterinary Medicine, university of  Tripoli. He is working as  a lecturer since 2013-09-10. He teaches several subjects in his major and has several publications in the field of his interest. He is also working as a Quality coordinator in the department of Food Hygiene. Also working in the private sector as a general doctor (Veterinarian). 

Careers

Fathi started working  in faculty of veterinary medicine as a demonstrator  in 2007, then as a lecturer assistant in 2013, and then as a lecturer since 2017 until now.

Research Interests

Meat science, and everything related to veterinary medicine.
