Now she works as a lecturer assistant in food hygiene and control department at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Tripoli. She also works as a researcher in the milk and Dairy Products.
Research Interests
Interested in scientific research related to food microbes, especially milk and dairy products, and food safety and quality.
External Activities
She works as a Biosafety Officer at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Tripoli. she has attended foundational workshops and invited participation by the American Sandia Laboratories at the level of North Africa in managing biological risks in the Republic of Egypt and the Republic of Tunisia.
