  Dr.. Najat Ali Al-Hanshiri is one of the faculty members in the Kindergarten Department at the Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, University of Tripoli, by appointment decision effective 8/11/2008 from the Ministry of Higher Education. She has many scientific contributions, both local and international, in her field of specialization, and has held many scientific and administrative positions. Within the college and its department:

• Head of the Administrative Affairs Department at the Higher Horizons Institute for Administrative Sciences from 1995-1996 AD.

• Head of the Administrative Affairs Department at Al-Muruj Al-Khader Institute for Female Teachers from 1997-2005 AD.

• Social worker at Al Hadaba Central School for Basic Education from 1998-2005 AD.

• Social worker at Al-Farouk Basic Education School from 2005-2008.

• A permanent faculty member at the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, from 2008 until now.

• Coordinator of studies and examinations in the Kindergarten Department, College of Education, Qasr bin Ghashir (2008) AD.

• Head of the Kindergarten Department at the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, from 2008-2011 AD.

• Coordinator of the Educational Curriculum Unit at the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, in the year (2018-2020 AD).

• Member of the Scientific Committee of the Kindergarten Department, Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, University of Tripoli, from 2022-2023 AD.

 

 

Careers

       Career:

Dr. Najat Ali Al-Hanshiri joined the University of Tripoli as a permanent faculty member by Ministerial Resolution No. (920) of 2008 from the Ministry of Higher Education. Dr. Najat Al-Hanshiri in the Kindergarten Department at the Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, as an assistant lecturer since (8/11/2008 AD). In 2009 AD, she obtained a delegation decision abroad No. (469) to prepare for the degree of bachelor’s degree (doctorate) in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and after a four-year study process, she obtained She received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Education, Department of Fundamentals of Education, Faculty of Graduate Studies of Education, Cairo University, in 2015 AD. Dr. Najat Al-Hanshiri joined the college as a lecturer as of September 17, 2015 AD, and continued as a faculty member until she obtained the promotion to assistant professor as of September 17, 2018 AD, and continued her academic career until she obtained the promotion to associate professor as of September 17, 2022 AD, and is still Dr. . Najat Al-Hanshiri contributes to the promotion of scientific research through active participation in publishing scientific research through accredited scientific journals and scientific conferences in preparation for obtaining the promotion to the rank of professor, God willing. And Dr. Najat Al-Hanshiri teaches some educational and specialized courses in the college and department, including:

Research Interests

   A- Scientific conferences:

• The scientific conference on the educational dimension of the educational process, in cooperation with the former General People’s Committee for Education and Scientific Research, on August 7, 2010, in the hall of the Mahari Hotel in Tripoli. The title of the research paper is “The teacher and his role in the educational process,” a theoretical study prepared by the researcher: A. Najat Ali Al-Henshiri.

• The first scientific conference on the quality of education in Libya (challenges of reality and visions of development), held under the supervision of the classroom teacher department at the Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir - University of Tripoli, during the period from 5/22-24/2012 AD, the title of the research paper is “Contemporary global trends in admission policy.” For colleges of education, a theoretical study. Prepared by the researcher: A. Najat Ali Al-Henshiri.

• The Tripoli National Conference on Education (Education that builds humanity and embodies freedom and democracy), held during the period from 29-30/5/2012 AD in the Tripoli Teachers Syndicate hall. The title of the research paper is “The management of kindergarten institutions and their role in providing the requirements of the educational process,” a theoretical study. Prepared by the researcher: A. Najat Ali Al-Henshiri.

• The first scientific conference (in order to prepare scientifically and pedagogically qualified teachers) held during the period from 11-12/3/2017 AD at the Faculty of Education, Tiji University of Western Mountain. Title of the research paper: “The effective teacher, ways to advance and obstacles to building him before and during service” - a theoretical study. Prepared by the researchers: Dr. Abdel Nasser Muhammad Al-Abani / Dr. Najat Ali Al-Hanshiri.

• The Second International Scientific Conference (Curricula in Libyan Universities from Planning to Strategies), held on Sunday and Monday, 4/28-29/2019 AD, at the Faculty of Education, Nalut University. The title of the research paper is “Course (Modern Educational Technologies) in Colleges of Education from the point of view of faculty members” A field study. Prepared by the researcher: Dr. Najat Al-Hinchari.

• The first scientific conference of the Libyan Association for Curricula and Teaching Strategies (Education in Libya towards a new vision), held on 6-30-1-7/2021 AD at the Dhat Al-Imad Complex, conference hall. The title of the research paper is “The role of school administration in developing the school curriculum for the basic education stage in the Tripoli region from the point of view of principals,” a field study. Prepared by the researchers: Dr. Najat Ali Al-Hanshiri / Dr. Nouria Hassan Abissa.

• The second scientific conference of the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, (Requirements of educational transformation for colleges of education in light of the challenges of knowledge technology) under the slogan: Realization - Knowledge - Change, held on August 25-26, 2021 AD at the University of Tripoli. The title of the research paper is “Evaluating teacher education programs and their outcomes according to quality standards from the point of view of fourth-year students in the classroom teacher department and faculty members at the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, University of Tripoli,” a field study.
