Zuhir Mohamed El-arbed  is one of the staff members at the department of Food Hygiene,  faculty of Veterinary Medicine, university of  Tripoli.Started as demonstrator 1996 in department of the Food hygiene ,work as Assistant lecturer since 2007 in meat hygiene till now

Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine in 1992 University of Tripoli, Demonstrator at the Higher Institute of Veterinary and Agricultural Sciences, Western Mountain University 1996-1998, Demonstrator at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Tripoli 1998-2001 , Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Tripoli 2007 till now

We worked and connected with this Journal knowing as Journal of Egyptian Academic Society for Environmental Development and Environmental Studies and  We contributed several research papers to this journal, microbial status of fresh beef sausage sold in Tripoli

chemical and microbial quality  of ultra heat treated milk locally manufactured and imported in Libyan market 

External Activities

I worked in this filed above several years , we did  many  researches in meat and meat products and milk They have been published in Journal of Egyptian Academic Society for Environmental Development and Environmental Studies .
