Dr Almahdi Sassi is one of staff members at the Department of Food Sciences - Faculty of Agriculture, Tripoli. Dr Almahdi Sassi has been working at the University of Tripoli as an Associate Professor since 07/08/2015 and has many scientific publications in his field of specialization.Teaching under graduate students in the Department of Food Science and Technology for a number of courses, which include Food Microbiology - Food Inspection - Food Safety and Toxins - Introduction to Food Science - Industrial Fermentations -As well as participating in teaching the graduate student in Food Microbiology course and supervising the research of graduate students.
