Its public pages are available in both Arabic and English. They include dedicated pages for the Faculty’s five academic departments and their seventeen academic programs, with a detailed study plan for each program.
Among its public modules, the Digital Library is a repository of academic references that supports searching, browsing, and reading within the platform. The Graduation Projects Archive provides live documentation of completed projects, with search, filtering, export, and printing capabilities. The Student Guide introduces the academic departments, their programs, shared courses, and class schedules. The Graduation Project Guide covers the project’s definitions, objectives, and implementation stages, and makes ten official forms available in PDF format.
The platform also presents the full text of the Study and Examination Regulations with a hierarchical navigation index, while the Virtual Gallery offers an interactive display of works by faculty members and students.
In addition, the platform includes service and administrative modules reserved for authorized users. These include forms for the submission of scholarly output and for calculating the unified performance rate of faculty members, as well as the import of data and class schedules from Excel files with a preview before approval. The administrative pages are protected by strict access-permission control.
The platform is distinguished by unifying academic information sources, facilitating access to them, digitizing academic and administrative procedures, and preserving and archiving the Faculty’s scholarly and artistic output for future generations.
