Roles

Al-Atrash is a professor in the Arabic Language Department at the College of Education, Tripoli, since he moved to the college in 2005. He previously held the position of Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs and Head of the Arabic Language Department. He now holds the position of Director of the Office of Graduate Studies at the College. Mr. Al-Atrash has been working at the University of Tripoli with the rank of Associate Professor since 2-10-2019 AD He has many scientific publications in his field of specialization .                                                                          

Careers

I was appointed in March 2001 AD to a secondary school with a first university degree (Bachelor’s degree), and in May 2004 AD I moved to the Higher Institute for the Qualification of Trainers in Tripoli after obtaining a higher degree (Master’s) from the University of Tripoli. Then, in November 2005 AD, I moved to the College of Education, Tripoli, at the University of Tripoli. I am there until the present time, with the rank of associate professor. In February 2014, I was assigned the duties of the college’s dean-deputy for academic affairs, and I remained for three years. Then I was appointed again to the duties of the deputy in December 2019, and I remained for two years. In May 2022, I was assigned the duties of head of the Arabic Language Department, and I remained until February 2023. In May 2023, I was assigned the duties of Director of the Office of Graduate Studies at the College until the present time

Research Interests

My exact specialty is grammar and morphology, and I published several scientific research in various scientific journals and in local and international scientific conferences. My most important research interest was the use of grammar and morphology in the service of the Holy Qur’an and its readings, and most of my research was in Quranic grammatical studies

External Activities

He cooperated with the Al-Andalus neighborhood endowments branch as a Friday preacher from September 2011 until the present. He also cooperated as a mentor to reciters of the Holy Qur’an in mosques during the years 2015 and 2016. He also cooperated with the Abu Salim Endowments branch as a volunteer Quran teacher from March 2019 until the present
