Roles

Khairiya Hussein Masoud Abdel Qader is a faculty member at the University of Tripoli, College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir / Department, class teacher since (2012 AD). She holds a doctorate degree with the rank of assistant professor. She is charged with teaching many of the department’s specialized, educational, and general courses for all scientific departments in the college. She also supervised many Graduation projects and I was assigned the academic and pedagogical supervision of practical education students. I was assigned to head the classroom teacher department at the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir in the period between (3/3/2013 - 7/4/2013), and I was also assigned the position of head of the study and examinations department in the department during the spring period. (2023), as well as participating in the evaluation committee in the scientific competition organized by the classroom teacher department in coordination with the practical education coordinator and the educational methods coordinator as the best student teacher as an educational evaluator member for the scientific departments, and a member of the scientific committee for the second scientific conference of the Libyan Society for Curricula and Teaching Strategies under the slogan ( Developing educational curricula in light of quality standards (to evaluate participants’ research in May 2023). I was assigned to evaluate the research of some teaching members to obtain the degree of lecturer, and a member of the Scientific Committee in the Teacher’s Department for the semester (Spring 2023 - Fall 2023). I was previously appointed at the College of Education, Janzour, in In the year (2009), I also held the position of head of the study and examinations department in the former classroom teacher department at the College of Education, Janzour (2010). I was also assigned the duties of coordinator of educational materials in the classroom teacher department at the College of Education, Janzour (2011). I also taught many educational and general subjects for the scientific departments, and subjects Specialization in the department. I was also assigned to supervise many graduation projects, and academic and educational supervision of practical education students in various scientific departments at the former College of Education, Janzour, between the period (2009-2012).

Careers

At the beginning of my professional career, I obtained a bachelor’s degree in education and psychology from the former Zawia College of Literature and Education (1987). I was appointed in the year 1988 and worked in the field of teaching at the basic and secondary education levels, as well as a faculty member at the Higher Institute for Comprehensive Professions in Tripoli (formerly Ibn Manzur). As a faculty member at the Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences, Tripoli, Qar, I worked as a cooperating faculty member at the College of Education, Janzour (2008), then I was appointed to the same college (2009) with a master’s degree obtained from the University of Tripoli, Department of Education and Psychology, Division of Fundamentals of Education, with the rank of assistant lecturer, as a permanent faculty member. Then she moved to the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, as a permanent faculty member, then obtained a doctorate degree from the University of Tripoli, Department of Education and Psychology, Division of Curricula and Teaching Methods, and obtained a lecturer position (2018). After returning from internal delegation, she obtained the degree of assistant professor (2022). ) I also obtained a scientific degree from (10/1/2023 - 3/1/2024).

Research Interests

She participated in many research and scientific papers inside and outside Libya, including:

1 - Scientific participation in the second scientific conference of the College of Education, Tripoli, under the slogan “Faculties of Education: Reality and Horizons,” with a scientific paper entitled “The reality of colleges of education and ways to develop them,” held in the period from (18-20 October 2010).

2 - Participation in the first scientific conference of the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, under the slogan (Challenges of Reality and Visions of Development), with a scientific paper entitled “Preparation and Training of Teachers in Colleges of Education, Reality and Future Prospects,” held in the period between (20-22 May 2012).

3 - Participation in the Tripoli National Conference under the slogan (Towards Education that Builds Human Beings and Embodies Freedom and Democracy), and with a scientific paper entitled “Quality Management and its Importance in Higher Education,” held in the period from (May 29-30, 2012).

4 - Participation in the National Education Conference under the supervision of the Ministry of Education under the slogan (Education between reality and visions of development) in the city of Tripoli - Libya, with a scientific paper entitled “In-service teacher training programs”, held in the period between (15-17 September 2012). .

5 - Participation in the international scientific conference under the slogan (A forward-looking vision for the future of education in Egypt and the Arab world in light of contemporary societal changes) at the Faculty of Education, Mansoura University, in cooperation with the Center for Cognitive Studies in Cairo - Egypt, with a scientific paper entitled “Open and Distance Education”, held in The period between (20 - 21 / February / 20139).

6 - Participation in the Fifth International Educational Conference under the slogan (Education and Community Challenges / Reality - Developments - Ambition) at the Faculty of Educational Sciences at Tafila Technical University - Jordan, with a scientific paper entitled “A future vision for developing and improving the system of teacher preparation, formation and training in colleges of education” held in the period Between (April 23-24, 2013).

7 - Participation in the Sixth International Educational Conference under the slogan (Towards Effective Policies in Educational Outcomes in a Developed World), at the Faculty of Educational Sciences at Tafila University - Jordan, with a scientific paper “Educational Technology in the Curriculum and its Role in Achieving Comprehensive Quality,” held in the period between (28 – April 30, 2014) (bridgewater state)

8 - Participation in the second scientific conference on the requirements of educational transformation for colleges of education in light of the challenges of knowledge technology under the slogan (perception - knowledge - change) at the College of Education Qasr Bin Ghashir in cooperation with the Center for Research, Consultation and Training, with a research paper entitled “The Reality of Practical Education at the College of Education Qasr Bin Ghashir from the point of view of students expected to graduate, held during the period between (25 - 26 / August / 2021)

9 - Participation in the second international scientific conference of the Libyan Society for Curricula and Teaching Strategies under the slogan (Developing educational curricula in light of quality standards) with a research paper entitled “The impact of practicing the dimensions of comprehensive quality management in achieving sustainable development from the point of view of faculty members at Al-Qasr Bin Ghashir College,” held During the period from (2 - 3 / May / 2023) at the Rashid Kabar Amphitheater - University of Tripoli.

10 scientific participation in the second scientific conference of the College of Education, Janzour, under the slogan (The role of colleges of education in developing learning, serving society and the environment - the challenges of the present and the orientalism of the future) with a research paper entitled “Quality standards in the system of preparing and training secondary education teachers at the College of Education, Qasr bin Ghashir, from the point of view of professors.” “Bha” at the theater of the College of Education, Janzour.

  She also contributed to publishing some research papers in several scientific journals, including:

1 - Participation in the Educational Journal, a semi-annual peer-reviewed scientific journal issued by the College of Education - Al-Khams - Fifth Issue, July (2014), with a research paper entitled “E-Learning Constants and Innovations in Teaching University Courses.”

2 - I published in the Journal of Engineering Sciences, a peer-reviewed periodical scientific journal issued by the Higher Institute of Industrial Technology, El Negela (2016), second issue, with a research paper entitled “Guaranteeing Academic Institutions in Higher Education.”

3 - Participation in Rawaq Al-Ma’rifa magazine, a peer-reviewed periodical scientific magazine issued by the College of Education - Janzour, third issue, (2015), with a research paper entitled “Scientific education and its relationship to student teacher preparation.”

4 - Participation in the Journal of Educational Sciences, a semi-annual peer-reviewed scientific journal, issued by the Libyan Association for Curricula and Teaching Strategies, Tripoli - Libya, issue six (March - 2021), with a research paper entitled “Developing the Social Subjects Curriculum in Light of the Requirements and Changes of the Age.”

5 - Participation in the Journal of Educational Sciences, a semi-annual peer-reviewed scientific journal, issued by the Libyan Association for Curriculum and Teaching Strategies, Tripoli - Libya, issue six (March - 2021) with a scientific paper entitled “A future vision for new teacher roles for better education.”

6 - Participation in the Journal of Educational Sciences, a semi-annual peer-reviewed scientific journal, issued by the Libyan Association for Curricula and Teaching Strategies, Tripoli, Libya, issue seven (September - 2021), with a scientific paper entitled “Practical Education Programs and their Relationship to Developing Teaching Competence.”

External Activities

1. 1 - Member of the Scientific Committee of the Second Scientific Conference of the Libyan Society for Curricula and Teaching Strategies for the year (2023).
2. 2 - Member of the evaluation committee for the scientific competition for students of practical education at the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, in coordination with the coordinators of practical education and educational methods at the college to choose the best student teacher and the best educational method.
3. 3- Member of the Evaluation Committee to evaluate faculty members’ research for promotion (2018).
4. 4- Member of the department’s Scientific Committee in the period between (Spring 2022 - Fall 2023).
5. 5- Faculty member in specialized courses and educational materials for basic science teachers (2011).
6. 6 – Faculty member at the Private Institute for Medical Sciences, Tripoli (2008).
7. 7 – Participation in the International Women’s Day activities held at the College of Education in Janzour in cooperation with the Social Service Office in the region (2023).
8. She received many certificates of appreciation and participation in scientific conferences, and she also received a shield from the committee supervising the second scientific conference of the Libyan Society for Curricula and Teaching Strategies.
