ملخص
The aim of this study is to know most important barriers faced the Gumhouri bank in Libya, in application of partnership (Musharakah), and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers adopted the descriptive analytical analysis using questionnaire as a tool for study data collection. It is distributed on a sample of (54) individuals, and the data of this study were analyzed, besides, its hypnosis was examined by the application of the most suitable some descriptive statistical analysis, using statistical package for social sciences (SPSS), some conclusions were reached which may contribute to the recognition of the barriers and put some recommendations in the same frameworks
