Abstract
The purpose of this in-vitro study was to compare three obturation techniques cold lateral condensation (CL), warm vertical condensation (WV) and carrier based-gutta core (GC), in regards to their ability to obturate simulated lateral canals in epoxy resin blocks; and to compare the quality of the main root canal obturation obtained by the three different obturation techniques which were evaluated by measuring the percentage of volume of voids in the root canal obturation with the use of Micro CT and Faxitron radiographic analysis.
