Abstract
A three month – old, female, German shepherd puppy was presented to the Veterinary Clinic of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Tripoli because of vomiting shortly after eating and sever weight loss since birth. A plain lateral radiograph was taken which showed a larger, radio-opaque mass just cranial to the heart. Tow lateral and ventro-dorsal contrast radiographs reveald contrast medium accumulation at the site of the mass wich protruded into the bronchi of the right caudal lung lobe suggesting that there was a connection between the esophagus and one or more bronchi of this lung lobe.
