Abstract
An understanding of chemistry is based on students being able to assign meaning to the unseen and the intangible. In recent years, a noted benefit has been derived from the use of technological tools (animation, simulation, videos and multimedia) in the teaching of chemistry. these altrnative learning methods have become more widespread in chemistry education. By showing students the movements of atoms in a chemical reaction, it it has been shown that students gain deeper understanding of what is presented and attain better conceptuel understanding. The result of using such methods reveal a positive impact on students' understanding.
