Abstract

CO2 laser is a surgical laser used to excise lesions or incise surgically some lesions in with several advantages over the . in our case lympnagioma of the mouth can result in big disfigurment of the organ such as the lips and the tongue if treated with classic surgery with laser we use the defocus non toutch mode aiming changing the nature of the tissue from the lymphangiomatic to fibrouse tissue and by doing so we preserve the function and form of the tongue in the first case and the lip in the seconde case the result was stable and confirmed by histological examination. classic blade surgery
