ملخص

Eating healthy means consuming proper amounts of food that contains all types of nutrients. This is a goal that all mothers face some difficulty in achieving with their children with whom they struggle with their loss of appetite, especially through the ages of 12-6. That’s why it’s well known that mothers tend to force their children to eat healthy meals that are met with constant refusal because they won’t eat what they don’t want, which in turn leads to negative effects on the child’s health. Therefore, the objective of this study is to first introduce the art of decorating and serving healthy dishes for children as a modern system in the science of healthy nutrition to stimulate their appetite, and second to make them acquire information, no matter how small, about learning and enriching their imagination in exploring colors and shapes by looking at the dishes an inspiring piece of art worth of speculation. This is where the importance of academically enabling and introducing this art in colleges and university faculties lies. To study it as a modern science that is concerned with children’s health by naturally stimulating their appetite and to encourage mothers, kindergartens, schools, summer clubs, and children’s gatherings centers to apply it. Such field of knowledge can also prove beneficial to stop relying on the bad methods of medication and punishing the child that can lead to a negative impact on them and to use a more appealing method instead to pique the child’s interest in the food. The researcher is also of the opinion to prepare a chart or a schedule with the appropriate main meals and snacks for the child, setting their time regularly throughout the day, preparing a homemade school breakfast, and choosing and combining types of food that are nourishing and tasty to create various flavors.
