الملخص : هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الصعوبات التي تواجه قسم الخدمة الاجتماعية بكلية الآداب السواني، عند تنفيذ تطبيقات الخدمة الاجتماعية بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية ، وطبقت الدراسة على أعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم الخدمة الاجتماعية ، وأستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي ، وتم استخدام المقابلة كأداة لجمع البيانات ، وكانت أهم التوصيات 1- الاهتمام بالتدريب الميداني باعتباره ركيزة أساسية في مجال الخدمة الاجتماعية . 2- توطيد العلاقة بين قسم الخدمة الاجتماعية ومؤسسات التدريب . 3- ضرورة وضع خطة واضحة ، وجدول زمني للتدريب الميداني . 4- توعية أدارات المؤسسات الاجتماعية بأهمية دور طالب التدريب الميداني ، داخل المؤسسة. الكلمات المفتاحية : الصعوبات ،التدريب الميداني ، قسم الخدمة الاجتماعية، مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the difficulties faced by the Social Work Department at the Faculty of Arts, Al-Sawani, when implementing social work applications in social institutions. The study was conducted with faculty members in the Social Work Department. The researcher used the descriptive method and employed interviews as the data collection tool. The most important recommendations were: 1- Emphasizing field training as a fundamental pillar in the field of social work. 2- Strengthening the relationship between the Social Work Department and training institutions. 3- The necessity of developing a clear plan and timetable for field training. 4- Raising awareness among the administrations of social institutions about the importance of the role of field training students within the institution.
